1. Shut down your server.

2. Install the latest version of the RotatingHeads plugin on your minecraft server.

3. Start your server.

4. Connect and type /rheads teleport example

Do you have spam warnings in your console?

This problem occurs on older versions. This is because you may have head value in the configuration file "example.yml" (in the /heads/) wrong. If you have an older version, rewrite value to:
